In this project that I initiated, developed, and led the cross-departmental creation of — from vendor selection to final design and promotion — potential leads could complete a survey that would generate a highly personalized AI Readiness Diagnostic report.
Through custom capabilities and plugins created by the survey vendor specifically for this project, the report provided finely-tuned scoring across five critical pillars: Strategic, Operational, Technological, Organizational, and Experience, along with tailored recommendations to guide their next steps in maximizing AI's potential in those areas. It also generated one of 5 final overall readiness ratings based on weighted scoring across each of those pillars, and provided guidance on what their company should be most focused on in order to best improve/begin their AI adoption efforts.

Interview Work
I was contacted by B2B sourcing magazine and website Made-In-China in order to write an article about businessmen from Chaoshan and what makes them so successful. To do this, I set up interviews with two prominent businessmen from Chaoshan who operate their business nearby Shenzhen. Prior to the interview I researched the culture and businesses of the subjects in order to tailor my questions accordingly. After the interview, I wrote this article which was published in their magazine on September, 2013.
